[T3] Exhaust leak at HE/muffler connection question

My heat exchangers have an exhaust leak were the exhaust pipe exists the
HE at the rear.  I have new clamps but they are have a much larger ID
than the exhaust pipe OD.  Is there a doughnut that fits over the pipe
that the clamp tightens to the pipe?  Are they available?
