[T3] Wheel hubcups

<x-rich>The local parts shop sold me set of new hubcaps at $12 each. They do
look good. But!!!!!!!!!!

Happen that all when set on new original Volkswagen made just received
from  Germany wheels are loose.

I measured and compared the inside diameter of both original German
old hubcaps (on my show car) and just purchased and found it
identical. However the width of the lip (on original German hubcaps)
which engages the wheel is about 2 mm wider than on the purchased ones
and this explains the problem.

Where can I get hubcaps of really good quality, I am ready to pay  for
? In old days I had hubcaps plated with copper, nickel and chrome on
top. They did not rust in decades. Help will be appreciated.
