[T3] Raising the car

I hear occasionally rear wheels rubbing on bumpy road. It looks that
over the years the torsions got tired or the previous owner lowered
the car. What is the original clearance? How high the body shall be
from the road for unloaded car?.

Will installation of Gas-Adjust shocks raise the car a bit? Thanks.
