Especially for cosmetic items it's always hard to be sure that you and the seller have the same concept of "good condition." Personally, I prefer to use used parts whereever possible for environmental and economic reasons as well as because real NOS parts are likely to be VERY hard to find, and also because aftermarket replacements are frequently of poor quality, even though they probably look great when you pull them out of the box.
