However, if I have my ever-so-patient wife crank the car, I get no spark at the coil wire or #1 plug wire. Coil gets a little warm to the touch if I leave the ignition key on and points closed. I smell gasoline in the tailpipe, and the injectors click when I move the throttle plate. The cyl head temp sensor reads 2300 ohms at 70 deg F. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
