My passenger side door recently went from somewhat squeaky to scarily 
stiff.  I remembered reading about servicing with oil here on the 
list, so I popped off the covers and filled the little top cup 
portions of the hinges.  Let it sit for about a week, and it is now 
loads better -- swings freely, and almost no squeak.

Oh, and the little cups in the top of the hinges?  Empty of oil. 
Looks like it made its way to where it needed to go.
