[T3] Heater Channel Bypass

<x-flowed>Has anyone successfully bypassed thier rusted out heater channels? My 
driver's side channel
has issues at the front footwell. I really don't need the heat since I only 
drive from April to
November. But I do need the heat for defrosting purposes. Has anyone 
installed hoses from
the rear heat inlet up to the side warm air inlet, bypassing the channels, 
or some sort of pipe
within the heater channel?
