Matt for starters a few thoughts
-maybe the plate is not really in the right position.
-maybe the shift linkage is not in the right position
-maybe the bushings are shot
-maybe the linkage is shot
-the problem could possibly be in the nosecone/hockey puck in the front of
the transaxle
-it could actually be a problem with the trans itself
you should work from the simpler to the more involved, i think I have them
pretty much listed that way.
i probably missed a few things, someone else will chime in im sure.
