<x-flowed>john, how is the oil level in the engine doing in relation to the exess 
in the air filter?  did you inadvertently over fill the engine?  as to 
the water, check the drain tubes on the cowling... i am having the same 
issue right now in my notch even though my cowling looks clear.  on 
mine, it is definitely the hoses.
