It's the cover plate not the bushes. A number starting 311 means it was a part first fitted to a Type 3 saloon; may also fit a Squareback, but that depends on the part. May also fit a Beetle. Parts with Beetle numbers fit certain places on a Type 3. You need the parts book info to be sure. There are a few people on here with parts books. I started scanning and uploading mine, but got sidetracked by life! Dave.
