Good point, I was taking that into consideration as the tranny is just off level now. Ive probably got 2.5 - 2.7 qts in it now at the bottom of the filler hole and its all set. Now to neaten up a few wiring issues and remove some stuff that has been abandoned over the last 18 years and get the engine back in. It is 9 quarts on a dry automatic trans and converter. Remember, that when we are working our cars, they are typically up on a jacl or stands in the rear, and not level. This puts the fill plug on the lower portion. The one knuckle below the hole works well if it if the car is level. -- Russ Wolfe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
