Check the samba.com for a swamp cooler I've never used a one before, but they are supposed to work great in dry climates-which I imagine Phoenix is. Unfortunately I live in a hot and humid climate, as well as cold and humid in the winter... I believe there are also air conditioning parts for T3's but I believe they steal a lot of power from the motor or something...general list stuff I've read has not been positive.
