Hi guys, Just updating you on our intentions. Mon 17 evening land at SFO Tuesday recover from flight and orientate Weds drive to Yosemite (Cedar Lodge) avoiding landslip! Fri 21 return to see SF Weekend in SF area Mon/Tues/Wed leisurely drive up to Riverside Lodge Motel (via Lake Tahoe?) Thurs-Sun Invasion Mon drive up towards Portland to see Spruce Goose Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri make way back down coast Sat am leave SFO. If you can suggest anywhere unmissable (or even missable) on the way, that would be handy. If there are any VW events or local Type 3 gatherings, that would be fun too. I've not checked distances / journey times yet, so it might change. Dave.
