[T3] rebuild the old master cylinder 65 Master Cylinder

The older master cylinder did have the out port on the bottom and are very
hard to find. Your best bet is to switch over to the newer type or rebuild
the old master cylinder. Rebuilding is easy and the cylinder can be honed
out with any bake honing tool.
