[T3] Sandblasting vs Mediablasting

Hi all,

Ive found a local guy (VW nut too!) to do some of my large area blasting, he
does old time sandblasting though.  Is there any advantage to media blasting
to sandblasting for sheet panels?

He showed me a car he has done several weeks before, and its been humid
here, and there was little to no re-rusting, which says to me that the find
black beauty he uses really gets down deep and all the rust out, especially
since the car he showed me was a Rustang!

Any reason to not go for the plain sandblasting over a Media blaster (should
I find a local one) ??
