Looks like a rain/water leak has developed in my front windshield seal near the lower left corner. I have caught it in the act:

Is there any reasonable way of fixing this without removing & replacing
the seal?

You almost have to seal the whole the whole perimeter of the windshield since the water could be coming in from anywhere on the outside and them only seeping past the seat at the lowest point on the inside.

Sophy's did this when I would get caught in a down pour (even with the new WCM seal ... up until I started using Rain-X on the windshield. I don't think the Rain-X sealed it....I just think it prevents the water from wetting the surface of the glass and getting under the seal.

Might be worth a shot.
