It is designed for boats and motorhomes. We use them at work to recharge some 12V mobile hydraulic lifts. We install them in the lifts, and they are supposed to be plugged in at the end of the day. Just find a 120V outlet, but the production people dont do it. At least maintenace doesn't have to look for a charger when they cry that their lift is dead. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) '05 KIA Sorento SUV russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
