There are a lot of people out there who know a lot more about this than I do but, if installed correctly with the original bows , you should only have to take a hair dryer or heat gun on a low setting to (in theory) shrink it. Please somebody else jump in on this, don't just go by my opinion. -- John 65 square (weezer) 04 jetta Just Cruisin By -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: type3-d-request@vwtype3.org Date: Sat, 14 Jan 2006 20:15:58 -0800 From: Dave Sanderson <porschedave@rennlist.net> To: type3 <type3@vwtype3.org> Subject: [T3] Notch headliner installation question Message-Id: <0936057B-53EE-4E7C-8921-84D2B4D9E3DA@rennlist.net> Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed Greetings I tried to put my new TMI Notch headliner in place today - and that was tough. In fact, it's not yet done. Are they folks out there who have done this successfully that I can speak with? The main issue is how to get it smooth over the whole surface. Thanks.
