Bob already gave you the right answer on this. When the clutch pedal loses its stop and flops all the way to the rear, it's quite likely that the hook on the clutch shaft lets loose of the eye on the end of the clutch cable. The only way to fix this is to free up the cable at the rear, remove the pedal cluster at the front, and hook it in again. You'll need to find some way of keeping the pedal from flopping rearwards, or this will all just happen over and over again. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
