I did put a > 12 V wiper motor in there . If you only changed the motor and not any of the rest of the linkage, then everything should still fit. I believe you have to install the vents and hoses first, then the wiper motor and linkages. The center vent should snap into place from under the dash. I don't think it's a particularly exact fit, but it will probably take significant force to pop it in there. Once in place the 2 plastic ducts can be put in place. Then the wiper mechanism goes in. Someone please correct me if I've got the sequence wrong. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
