<x-flowed>I just cut my headliner to get a look ,as it has to be replaced anyway. The bracket is mounted tight to the roof stiffener by 2 studs or rivets? It looks like the only way to get it free is to twist it to snap the studs/rivets. I'm sure to damage my bracket or the roof? Mike

Someone who knows '67s better than I do needs to answer this question. I thought all the chrome stem inside mirrors were screw mounted.
