Re: [T3] rubber bumper things...

<x-flowed>Here you go! Found them as you said on aircooled.net I was also looking for them the have a real name too! "Rear Suspension Snubbers"

And, while they don't list Type 3's, you folk say they do interchange with bugs? Ok, I'm shopping when I get paid soon!

Here's the description for them from their advert.
================================

Rear Suspension Snubbers, Rubber & Urethane
Part #: SSH0019

This is the suspension stop that prevents your wheel from travelling too high in the wheelwell, which would cause a BANG! Choose application. Price is for 2 stops to do one car!

Many guys with drag cars run the bus snubbers, with the suspension just resting on the snubber. This gives a quicker reaction and doesn't shock the transmission.

Those bump stops pop on, rot off. You can get them from aircooled.net, I think. I got some for mine a while back although it still does not drive, that is one less thing to put on when it does!

When my car was up on the lift, I noticed that on the rear end there are two rubber things, that looks like a dogs chew toy. I'm not sure what they are called.

"Rear Suspension Snubbers"
