Re: [T3] Looking for tools

<x-flowed>I use a 13mm wrench with a long piece of wire attached to the other end.
It's one of those 10/13mm open wrenches. I have several.

I attach the 13mm end to the center nut of the carb linkages (dual carb).

I take the other end of the wire and hook it around one of the engine hanger
bolts at the rear of the engine opening. Once in place I squeeze or extend the
non-linear the wire to get the right RPM on the tach meter.

Simple, low tech, but effective. I can crumple up the wire and toss it
into the tool box easily.

I can't take a picture right now, the engine is out of the car.

In the dual carb set up book (Look, Listen, Do It Better, they refer to a gizmo that attaches to the throttle linkage and adjust it without having someone in the car. Does anyone know if these can be obtained - or does anyone have one that they could send me some dimensions and I could make my own?
