Maybe not the identical fault, but I bet you two aren't the only ones who've come up against this manufacturing problem which seems to stem from the lack of a proper jig for the return pipe assembly. Maybe it's just a too-clever design so the assembler doesn't appreciate how it should fit. Dave.
