[T3] Replacment Bushings for rear torsion bars

I'm having my mechanic adjust the height on my '67 square. [raise it 
up. ]

It looks like the bushings around the rear torsion bars / spring plate, 
are no good,  and he's suggesting I replace them.  He says their are 
two types out there,  they hard ones  [ I forget what he said, 
eurothane? ]   or the after market rubber ones.   He says the hard ones 
will squeak, but the aftermarket rubber ones don't last more than a 
year or two.

So, what are people using there?
