Okay guys, here's another one for you. I just found out that my left rear axle is probably bent. A friend noticed that the rear wobbles as I drive. I checked the rim but it's good since it's brand new. As most of you know I've got that crinkled fender from the PO and, thinking in hindsight, there was a bent to hell rim in the trunk when I bought it, as well. I've seen swing arm axles for sale in the mags (Hot VW) but don't know if those would fit, or which of the two lengths it would be, if they do. Any tips on swapping out an axle in a '68? And, if I do, should I do both?
