I don't know why mid support would be necessary, but it might be a good idea, 
since the area where the rear support comes from is not particularly strong. 
The big problem with mid support is that it then has to be perfectly aligned 
with the rear supports, or you create more stress than you remove.

I don't know what "forks" you're looking for. You've already got the IRS 
diagonal arm pivot points, right?

I've got some t-4 D-jet parts that I don't need: IAD, CSV, intake runners, 
dist, probably brain and pressure sensor. What parts do you need?
