Re: [T3] John Jaranson's UK trip
<x-flowed>Made it back to the States without any problems last night. Good to be
home.....Sophy survived without me and I survived without my Mountain
Dew for a whole week. Pheewwwww......that was the hardest part of the
whole trip. Can't believe how backwards England and Germany are to not
have Mountain Dew. <G>
Was great fun meeting up with everyone at the pub. Always good to put
faces with screennames and e-mail addresses and to catch up with old
friends. Also one of the highlights of my trip was to get to ride in
Dave and Anne's Squareback to and from the pub. Odd sitting on the
left side and not driving. I will post up a few pictures later tonight
and send a link to the List.
Got passed by a late notch on the autobahn on the way from the airport
to my hotel in Germany. I tried to get a shot of it as it blasted past
on the Autobahn. I will post it when I get back, along with the other
pics from the Type 3 gathering at the pub.
Later,
John Jaranson
'66 Square (Sophy)
'70 Fasty (Jane 2 - Type 3 Lead Sled wannabe)
'71 Fasty (Jane -parts car due to rust)
various parts.....don't we all.
