Saw John last night (Weds) in England. He's well, but missing the internet already after 3 days. We got 4 Type 3s together and 6 owners - 65 Notch, 71 Square, 72 Square and 73 Fastback - so had a mini VW-meeting, some drinks and food at a pub in 'Shakespeare's County'. I couldn't convince him that Lady Godiva beer (bare?) was as refreshing as Mountain Dew, though. Hope he can last out until he gets back to the USA for his regular vwtype3.org fixes. ;-) Dave.
