POR15 is a dismal failure. The problem is still that your covering RUST, its still under there and still rusting. If you use it on something that will stay dry then OK, the rusting is slow and wont show for quite a while... the same is true for use on better grade steel. Unless your using it over sandblasted steel (TWO coats), I wouldnt waste my money on it. Eastwoods product is better but must be topcoated.
