Then there is Brax, from germany, and FAG. Both are supposed to be good and fit well. And I think Jim mentioned Bryco. I haven't dealt with them, but they seem OK. And, if you want to spend the money, You can find ATe. I have one that I got on Ebay for about $25 plus shipping.
