By "bypass screw" do you mean the FI idle adjustment?

It depends on how it is driven. This would probably be normal mileage 
for in-town driving, or at 75+ highway speeds. Between 50 and 70 you 
should do better.

I doubt that a little junk over the tip of the plug would have any 
effect on the spark.
