Yes, but from your description it does seem like you've checked everything. Having the front lowered could matter depending on the specific geometry, which you can check by measurement. If there's no air getting into the line, I'm stumped too.

I think it's probably time to strip that fuel pump and make sure it's OK. Bear in mind that your carbs have a certainf fuel-pressure spec, and the pump should match that. You could have a Type 1 pump, which puts out 3.5 psi, or a Type 3 at 5.
