I just redid my passenger door including replacing the vent window rubber. I couldn't find a suitably sized replacement rivet for the top pivot so I used a stainless steel bolt with a rounded allen wrench head, a wavy compression washer for between the two parts of the pivot joint, and one of those vibration resistant nuts with the nylon insert for the bottom of that pivot. Hopefully it will stay in place pretty well.
