I believe that there are a few different part numbers for the ball joints, depending on year. Before you think about replacement, you sholuld really make sure that yours are no good. You can test them (see Bentley), and maybe even replace the rubber boots if they are torn. The aftermarket ball joints out on the market (and I think it is all aftermarket...) is not very good. Regarding your window rubber question: Front windhield seal generally is available with the groove for the trim. For the rear, depends on body style. The squareback seal is much more common than for the fast/notch.
