[T3] Hard shifting automatic.

<x-flowed>What could cause my automatic to shift hard/suddenly? It's worse when cold and mellows out a little when warmed up. The shift isn't smooth and 'gentle'. Suggestions. It's supposed to be a rebuilt tranny.
