<x-flowed>I didn't see any wire on the cylinders to indicate installation of the 
lower T3 "cool tin".  I've only seen that tin installed with wire to 
hold it to the engine but since I haven't seen that many engines it 
could be held in there by other means.  Do you have that tin installed?
