[T3] 4 bold to porsche 5 bolt and brakes

The progress on our notch is slowly coming along. Our goal is to have 
the engine compartment all welded up by the end of this weekend and 
then i have to come up with the decision for the colour. I was 
wondering, for future reference what would have to be done in order for 
me to change the 4 bolt wheel pattern to a porsche 5 bolt pattern? Also 
how hard would it be to have porsche disk brakes installed on my car, 
what would have to be done. Thanks you guys.
