I know 73's used 3 plastic plugs and screws, that the armrest attached to the door with, but I'm not sure if some later 72's used them also. The 68 to 71 cars used a tab that the armrest slipped over, and the armrest was bolted to the door panel. I had to drill the spot welds out to use the tabs on my 65 Notch, since my 65 used an entirely different armrest set up. The big thing you need to look at is the hinges. What you want for your Fastback is the 2 bolt hinges. The only reason I'm mentioning this, is because the Notch used 3 bolt hinges until the end of production in 1973. These doors won't interchange.
