It depends.

The Fi uses the phenolic spacers between the manifold and the head.

The dual carbs use phenolic spacers between the manifold and the CARB, and just 
a plain fiber gasket between the head and the manifold.

I got this mixed up a few years ago and put Mike W. thru a lot of unnecessary 
agony because of it.
