I can check on the part number tonight, but the correct FI gasket just consists
of a thin phenolic insulator with a paper gasket bonded to each side of it.
When this paper gets too torn up, I just scrape the paper off of them with a
razor blade and use one of the paper dual carb gaskets on each side. This is
completely equivalent to the OE FI setup, but a LOT cheaper.

Unless you're really rough with them, the phenolic insulators themselves will
last forever.
