	Yes, my 1973 U.S. accessory catalog lists this as a Type 
4-only item.  Available in two heights, and left & right kits 
available separately.

	Not to say that they weren't also available at the dealer for 
Type 3, or that somebody might have just bought a generic set -- but 
the 1973 catalog does not indicate that they were available for Type 
3.
