I think they are all a series of spot welds. From underneath you should be able to see the dimples.
2. This panel does not have the holes for the license plate bracket. Does someone have the measurements of where to install the captured nuts for the bracket?
Doesn't the fasty carry the plate on the lid? Sorry, I just don't deal with that many fastys. At any rate, I'll bet that it uses the same plate bracket rather than captured nuts.
