Actually the low tank was a bunch of really short trips to work and 
around town in February 2003 when I was still driving her year round.  
Was probably a cold week so it was choked and running rich.

On the trip to Hershey and back, I averaged 26.2 mpg.  I do have to 
admit that my calcs are probably off a little due to the non-stock 
wheels and tires.  I believe mileage runs a little on the high side.  
Maybe 10%.  So that would make it more like 23.6 mpg.
