[t3] missing cooling tin

I beg to differ. I got them in after the fan was on. It took bending, 
screaming, cursing, several beers and death blows to a few random things 
lying around the garage. Ill hopefully put them on first next time. now if i 
could just remember whether there was foam on the oil cooler. bah.
