That most likely means the injectors where on longer than needed but will still run or the input voltage to the regulator was enough to give the proper output. Did you measure it once it was running? Turned the key to start and not enough power to close the starter solenoid, about 8 volts according to the voltmeter. So I rolled it back and bump started it right up!! Since I dont think the generator can get the system voltage up that much at cranking speeds I was impressed that the FI was still able to work at such a low voltage.
