The typical Europe to USA difference is about 4 points so your 95 would be 
out 91.  91 is normally near the top of the range in the US so I think 
Israel may use an even higher scale.

I use 91 (Super unleaded) in the summer in my Type 34 but I know I could run 
87 (Regular unleaded) if needed.
