I'll bet you find the correct hose in stock at your local well-stocked parts place.  The right rear, however, is a little bit harder to find.

Turns out that they sent me the wrong brake hose for the rear driver side of 
the fasty. They sent me a F-F hose, where I need F-M - the male end threads
