Actually, I would love that. I have one more issue with this beam and the '69 is what I need to see (split year front end 68/69, yes, this is Frankencar). On the bottom torsion/trailing arms on both sides the stabilizer bar(s) are held in with grub screws and some kind of retainer cap. On the top there is a grub screw on the drivers side (per the workshop manual) and a smaller threaded hole where I would expect to see a grub screw on the passenger side. It looks like a short bolt goes in there, (per the workshop manual) but I'm not clear on what holds the stabilizer bar in place on either end on top. It looks like I'm missing retainer clips/plugs or something else. The guys at Bugformance weren't able to offer any help from their online catalogs either. If you can take up close pics of the upper and lower torsion arm assembly etc I would be forever in your debt! Thanks! Both are readily accessable for pictures, even if they are still in the car. the gas tanks are out. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) '05 KIA Sorento SUV russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
