It certainly looks right, but I don't know how much other makers TCs might also 
resemble ours. This one has the right number of attachments to the drive plate 
(3, rather than 4 which the beetle uses on the auto stick.) This one also has 
the late number of cooling fins, too, so it should be one of the good ones, 
assuming that it's a type 3 TC.

I don't know what to say about your leak. I don't have enough experience; never 
saw anything like that.
